At our office in Skanderborg, you will become part of GEA Liquid Technologies and join 5 dedicated colleagues in our Finance department, covering Financial Controlling and Project Controlling for 2 separate GEA companies.

Responsibilities/Tasks

As our new project controller, you will play a vital role in steering the financial performance of our diverse project portfolio. Working closely with project managers and stakeholders across departments, you will ensure profitability, predictability, and strategic insight throughout the project lifecycle.

Specifically, you will:

  • Take ownership of project controlling, including POC calculations, risk management, productivity, and working capital monitoring
  • Support and challenge project managers with financial insights and in-depth analysis on project portfolio
  • Ensure data accuracy and quality during monthly closing processes
  • Taje part in monthly reporting to Group
  • Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across business units
  • Various project disciplines; validation of projects, project invoicing, hedging and approval of bank guarantees
  • Participate in cross-functional projects to optimise tools, systems, and financial processes

Your Profile/Qualifications

You are structured, results-driven and thrive on creating clarity through numbers. With a proactive mindset and a collaborative approach, you take ownership, keep an eye on KPIs, and contribute with both precision and engagement.

Finally, we imagine that you bring:

  • A relevant degree in the financial field – e.g., Cand.merc., Cand.oecon., or HD(R)
  • Solid experience with project controlling or financial management; an auditing background could also be relevant
  • Experience with monthly reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cost controlling
  • Excel skills for building models and tools; experience with SAP is a strong advantage
  • Danish and English proficiency – written and spoken
