Bliv Process Specialist i Process Development teamet i vores Europæisk Control Tower (ECT), der er en ambitiøs og hurtigt voksende organisation under DSV Road A/S. ECT håndterer komplekse transportopgaver på tværs af hele Europa - som del af vores største kunders supply chains.
Som vores nye Process Specialist får du en exceptionel mulighed for at blive en del af rejsen. Her vil du nemlig lære og udvikle dig i en rolle, hvor analyse, procesdesign og gennemførelse af større transformationer er kerneopgaverne.
Du vil samarbejde tæt med både medarbejdere og ledelse og – gennem tværfaglige teams - få indsigt og erfaring med, hvordan komplekse logistiksystemer designes og optimeres i praksis, således vi kan omsætte vores kunders komplekse transportkrav til simple, trygge og effektive løsninger.
Din daglige gang vil blive på kontoret i Horsens, tæt ved E45. Men du vil også få lejlighed til at besøge Control Towers på tværs af Europa, samt vores hovedkontor i Hedehusene.
Du har en videregående uddannelse, minimum på bachelorniveau og gerne på kandidatniveau. Og det vil også være en fordel (dog ikke et krav), at du har forståelse for supply chains, transport og/eller spedition.
Derudover forventer vi, at du kan kommunikere flydende (både mundtligt og skriftligt) på minimum dansk og engelsk med kollegaer og kunder på flere niveauer.
Vi tilpasser et introduktionsprogram og opgaver til din erfaring, og oplæring sker løbende i tæt samarbejde med kollegaer. Det vigtigste er, at du har lysten og evnen til at tilegne dig ny viden i et dynamisk miljø med ambitiøse mål.
