Join us and help drive change management activities in a dynamic and expansive global organization, supporting our business in running large scale projects in a time of transformation.
You will get to play an integral role in our well-established Change Management Office, supporting our project managers and senior stakeholders securing people focus on the projects.
You will become part of an international Change Management Office (CMO) responsible for securing change management focus on all the strategic projects in the Group PMO pipeline.
We sit inside Group PMO with 80+ highly professional colleagues – spanning 27 nationalities. The role can be managed from Hedehusene, Denmark, or one of our EU offices. You will have access to a wealth of knowledge and work closely with the PMO management team as well as senior stakeholders in DSV. Your projects will be spanning our Business Divisions, Group HR, Group Finance, Compliance, Corporate Development, IT and other group functions.
In CMO we are passionate about leading projects through change, and we have a well-founded toolbox that enable us to engage and support our project managers In their work. We structure our findings in language that elevates the Change Management from an abstract field to specific and actionable focus areas.
As change manager in our CMO, you will get to determine which activities are required on the project, and through alignment and cooperation with key stakeholders, structure these activities in a plan and ensure they are actioned.
Your success will depend on your ability to take on a consultant mindset as you will be responsible for designing and delivering change management strategy and plans and enable the design, development, delivery and management of key communications. You will be responsible for conducting impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify and mobilise key stakeholders. In doing so you will be developing and executing a change strategy that is integrated with the project journey toward successful adoption.

The change manager role requires good interpersonal and communication skills as well as the ability to build and maintain business relationships. You can stand your ground and know how to manoeuvrer across the organisation as you adapt the way to pitch the change management activities to the context and stakeholder needs.
You must be resilient and able to manage a variety of stakeholders, create transparency, listen, and find ways to guide and accommodate project stakeholders in the change process. This means you should be able to sell and facilitate the CM approach and be prepared to adjust the pitch and ambition level accordingly.
