BEUMER Group is an international leader within sortation systems for baggage handling in airports and parcel systems for the logistic industry. As a portfolio manager, you will join our Customer Diagnostic Center, which helps our installed base run smoothly – at the moment collecting data from more than 300 sites world wide.

You will become one of 60 experts working with an increasing range of industry leading subscription-based services in the areas of Cyber Security, advanced Data analytics, Equipment monitoring and Hotline. We serve our customers in the after sales market with innovative services to ensure they get help, when they need it, to protect their facilities from cyber security threats and to improve their production efficiency.

Be a key link between customer and business

You main responsibilities will be:

  • Portfolio Management of subscription-based services
  • Oversee, expand and optimize our existing services
  • Manage portfolio roadmap and ensure alignment with internal stakeholders
  • Help develop and implement strategies to gain synergies across the different services
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Engage with local and international stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Ensure high quality service descriptions, go-to-market material and use cases.
    We have a truly global focus, servicing customers around the world, hence you should also expect a minimum of 40 travel days a year.

Proven skills within portfolio management

We expect you to already have managed a portfolio within subscription based-services and to possess strong analytic skills with the ability to interpret data for decision making. Other than that, we expect you to have:

  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Strong interest in Cyber Security and related legislations
  • A degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Interest in working in an international environment.
