We are seeking an experienced coordinator to join our newly established global Customer Delivery team. You will be part of a team that handles all customer-related contact after our sales team has secured the order. The Customer Delivery team manages all customer orders across all G&O Maritime Group brands, with a primary focus on a specific brand.
About the Job: Your role will be to ensure that all processes run efficiently and that our customers and partners have the best possible experience. You will be part of a strong team that handles all customer-related contact after our sales team has secured the order. Your communication and collaboration skills will be fully utilized, coordinating across all internal organizations such as sales, production, shipping, our technical departments, and ensuring that all our external partners, customers, agents, and shipyards are at the center.
