G&O Compensator is looking for a Sales Coordinator for our Customer Delivery team

We are seeking an experienced coordinator to join our newly established global Customer Delivery team. You will be part of a team that handles all customer-related contact after our sales team has secured the order. The Customer Delivery team manages all customer orders across all G&O Maritime Group brands, with a primary focus on a specific brand.

About the Job: Your role will be to ensure that all processes run efficiently and that our customers and partners have the best possible experience. You will be part of a strong team that handles all customer-related contact after our sales team has secured the order. Your communication and collaboration skills will be fully utilized, coordinating across all internal organizations such as sales, production, shipping, our technical departments, and ensuring that all our external partners, customers, agents, and shipyards are at the center.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks:

  • Customer Handling: Manage customer interactions from project handover to shipment.
  • Order Creation: Create and process orders in Navision.
  • Customer Contact: Maintain daily contact with customers, acting as the first line of customer support.
  • Delivery Communication: Serve as the key contact for customers and operations regarding deliveries, including handling changes such as customer requirements or delayed shipping.
  • Clarification: Clarify any doubts with customers to ensure accurate order processing.
  • Follow-Up: Follow up with operations on all deliveries to ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Coordination: Coordinate with sales, logistics, operations, and service teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
  • Issue Resolution: Handle escalated customer issues related to order processing and work to resolve them promptly.

Background, Qualifications and Competencies:

  • Experience with B2B sales support in a maritime production company is advantageous.
  • Customer-oriented with experience in sales and order processes.
  • Technically oriented and able to understand and communicate technical details.
  • Familiarity with sales processes via agents.
  • Strong collaboration and coordination skills.
  • Responsible, structured, and detail oriented.
  • Good communication skills and proficiency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of Navision and experienced user of Microsoft Office suite.
