Test Manager

Would you like to work with test management of our solutions contributing to Saab’s mission of keeping people and society safe?

We are rapidly growing our business in the global Defence Market, and we are looking for new colleagues to join our team of competent System & Integration Testers.

Your role

As our new Test Manager you contribute to the delivery of quality assurance, ensuring that our projects, applications, and systems work correctly and in alignment with customer requirements.

You plan and coordinate test execution in cooperation with Project Managers and System Supporters. Your structured and proactive approach, attention to detail, and analytical skills will be vital in achieving project success.

Tasks

• Participate in planning meetings to align testing activities with project goals.
• Create test strategy and planning documents.
• Coordinate system integration test execution in project environments.
• Coordinate acceptance tests, both internally and externally.
• Analyse test results, identify bugs and assess usability.
• Ensure high quality at each project milestone.
• Provide assistance to the product support department in relation to customer specific issues or questions.

Your profile

You enjoy working in a technical environment and ideally have an educational background in Software, IT, or equivalent test management experience.

We expect you to be a team player and a person with passion for keeping people safe.

Experience with software test management, planning, and reporting.

We look for people with the right motivation who are willing to learn and navigate in complex systems.

We are in a global environment and therefore looking for candi­dates who have excellent communication skills, fluent in written and oral English.

Preferable you hold an ISTQB Advanced Test Manager certification (or equivalent) – however, not mandatory.

Candidates must be able to obtain a security clearance by the Danish Defence Intelligence Service. This entails that as a minimum, candidates have had residency within NATO/EU for the last 7 years.
