Vice President, Operation to DEIFs Production

Are you an experienced leader in automated production of electronic? Then join us for an exciting opportunity as Vice President, Operation for our brand-new automated factory. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring high delivery performance and operational excellence.

The Job

Our production area is divided into operations and development, and this role primarily covers operations focusing on ensuring a high delivery performance.

You will lead a team of approximately 55 people across different departments/teams on 2 shifts. You have direct report from 2 production managers and will be a member of the management team in Global Operation.

You will embark on an exciting journey with the opening of our new factory. Our focus on continuous improvement and optimization means you will lead and motivate our people to get maximum use out of the new processes. As part of our strategy, we continue to focus on improving and optimizing our production to use its full potential and synergies and this requires adaptability and a keen interest in new technology and an ambition to always meet the customers expectation.

In Production, we are at the forefront of new technologies, continuously implementing automated processes. Therefore, the ideal candidate will have significant experience in operating and supporting a high-level automated production. The right candidate should be well-versed in PCBA production technology and adept at integrating new technologies into existing processes, working closely with the Vice President of Production Development.

The Person

You have proven experience with driving automation setups and a passion and curiosity towards innovation and new technologies. You are an experienced manager who focuses on motivation and developing your people, just like you have experience with leading change management processes. Furthermore, you have strong abilities in collaborating across functions to optimize our processes and drive efficiency.

Finally, you have a strategic mindset with a “go do it” attitude.
