Welcome to our Commercial Systems Team
FOSS is looking for a new colleague to our Commercial Systems team, part of the global Sales and Marketing organization. Your key focus in this role will be to help improve and streamline our global sales operations with focus on related technologies. We are on a journey of rolling out a new CRM system - Salesforce, so we need a bright mind to help develop the platform that would support productive and data-driven sales.

You will be a vital part in strengthening our commercial operations
As our new “Commercial Systems Specialist”, you will be a vital part of establishing and optimizing our sales operations across FOSS globally. This includes these key tasks:
- Support a clear & efficient sales process via related technology.
- Articulate and drive business requirements towards our Salesforce and SAP technical teams.
- On-going support of our subsidiaries within commercial systems and related processes.
- Contribute to the rollout of Salesforce globally, incl. updating of user manuals, videos, exercises, etc.
This is a full-time position that might require traveling during the Salesforce rollout training, approximately 20 days a year. Workplace is Hilleroed, Denmark.
What will make you fit this new role well
We imagine you have 3-5 years of experience working in an international environment preferably within commercial operations. Ideally you have experience with Salesforce and a grasp of how the platform enables sales process, as well as an understanding of user-adoption in a global organization (roll-out, training, support). Knowledge of SAP ERP will be an advantage.
As a person you have:
- High energy and are self-driven, with an outgoing, proactive, and supportive attitude as a natural DNA.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Able to focus on detail and capable of concluding on the assigned tasks.
- Interested in expanding the knowledge and experience into various areas.
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree within Business, IT, Engineering or similar.
To be successful in this position, you should have a passion for systems supporting efficient process within international sales, have a problem-solving attitude and be a concise communicator. You should truly be an ambitious team player that are able to take responsibility for projects/assignments while meeting deadlines.
