I DSV søger vi nu en AR Manager, der som leder kan bidrage med både professionalisme og positiv energi til vores finansafdeling.
Som AR Manager hos DSV vil du indtage en nøgleposition i vores finansafdeling, der arbejder på tværs af landegrænserne i Norden.
Du vil være ansvarlig for at sikre en effektiv daglig drift af vores debitorafdelinger med udgangspunkt i Danmark og Sverige, herunder sikre effektive arbejdsprocesser, støtte op om optimering af samarbejdet mellem de nordiske lande samt motivering og udvikling af medarbejderne i de enkelte teams.
Det ligger også i rollen, at du sikrer overholdelse af vores globale kreditpolitikker og reducerer selskabernes risici – bl.a. via løbende rapportering til ledelsen og tæt kontakt med de operationelle afdelinger.
Endelig vil du fungere som eskalationspunkt for hurtig problemløsning og derigennem sikre at processer og flows fungerer bedst muligt.
Vi forventer, at du har en bachelor- eller kandidatgrad i finans, regnskab eller et beslægtet felt, og at du har solid relevant erfaring fra lignende stillinger. Som leder er det vigtigt for dig, at du i dit team skaber høj trivsel og lyst til at lykkes med de forventninger, der er til AR-funktionen.
Du har omfattende erfaring med regnskab og kreditstyring, evnen til at drive forandringer og effektivisere processer, stærke analytiske evner, gode kommunikationsfærdigheder og ledelseskompetencer samt kendskab og gerne kompetencer i finansiel software, herunder Excel og SAP.
Som person har du et drive, så du sikrer dig, at du kommer i mål med dine opgaver og projekter. Det falder dig naturligt at kommunikere proaktivt med dine stakeholdere, og du formår at tackle det positivt, når du bliver udfordret af andre.
