What unites us is our passion for what we do. We are passionate about bringing sustainable change that will last far into the future. Diversity at our solar parks – and in our company

Our 360 degree sustainability concept is at the heart of our company and our business model. Building green and sustainable energy parks should not just make sense to us as a company. It should benefit society as a whole, the environment and the climate. It should also consider safety and security measures, biodiversity, sustainable agricultural production, ground water reserves, neighbours, and local communities. Not to mention every future generation.

When it comes to diversity, not only do we make sure to support and even further biodiversity in the communities where we develop and build our energy parks. We are also committed to a diverse and safe work environment, and we hire people of all ages, genders, and nationalities to foster a culture of tolerance, inclusion, and mutual respect.

We believe that our differences are what make us stronger, and as a multi-national organisation, we strive to accommodate all our employees, no matter cultural or religious preferences.

Growing from just 5 people at the beginning of 2021 to the 80+ people across 4 national geographies we are today has been an exciting journey – and one that has only just begun. We continue to scale up our company, not only in numbers, but also in skills.

We value what our employees bring to the table, and we cherish the opportunity to contribute to their continued professional development. That is why we implore all our employees to seek new knowledge, new networks, and new learning experiences – both within our organization and through external conferences, courses and classes.

We are also determined to foster a culture, where mistakes are seen as an opportunity to learn and grow, and not regarded as a failure.
