I enjoy the international aspect of the job and assisting our DSV’s operations when we deliver projects that optimise our property infrastructure in DSV Group.
Together, we are 21 colleagues with professional backgrounds in law, finance, construction, engineering, and project management. We are based in Denmark, the US, and the Netherlands.
Working in 3 teams, Land Search, Construction and Transaction, we oversee real estate matters for the entire DSV Group, managing a diverse portfolio of over 1,500 properties across 90+ countries. We also work closely with our 6 colleagues from Group Legal who are based in Poland and Germany.
You’ll be part of our Transaction team of 3 experienced colleagues and be based at our HQ in Hedehusene. So, you can look forward to spending your day in a very nice office with excellent facilities.
As our new Senior Project Manager, you will run 4-5 projects at a time once you have settled into your new job. But in the beginning, before you take full responsibility for a project, we will make sure you are introduced properly to the job through training, and you will always be welcome to liaise with one of your team colleagues.

Each country has its own special regulation or ways of doing things. You can’t be an expert in every single detail, so you have to identify potential issues in due time and make sure to take them up with the right people in your project team. Being a listed company it’s very important that our property projects are completed by deadline.
