External Integration API Services is a new team of 20 colleagues with 3 sub-teams – each with a team lead. We have gathered our knowledge to support the overall DSV strategy but also the DSV IT strategy, by focusing on APIs as a strategic tool for customer interaction and integration. You will be leading through the team leads and focus on setting the direction for the team as a whole.
We have the focus and support of top management, and there is an atmosphere of excitement about growing this area, so you’ll be off to a good start.
You will play a central part in evolving the entire customer-facing API area in DSV, together with your department, IT and the DSV Business. The aim is to triple the amount of DSV customers using APIs and the API calls in DSV by 2025 while maintaining an integration strategy for your department.
About half your time will be spent on both people and strategic management, while the other half deals with concrete, technical integration situations where you make sure our deliveries and projects are on schedule.
