Saab in Denmark has exciting opportunities for employees ready to design integrated communication systems for maritime combat systems. Our solutions are built using software and hardware products from vendors all over the world, integrated through our own VoIP software platform, TactiCall. You will be working with a variety of state-of-the-art communication technologies, with the opportunity to grow your general competence span and specialist skills.
As our new RF Engineer, you will support our experts with all related RF aspects of our naval projects. This includes system design based on customer requirements and support of EMC and TEMPEST measurements incl. documentation.
It is an advantage if you have expertise or knowledge of computer simulation technologies but it is not a requirement.
We are looking for a person who has the interest in naval projects, is willing to learn more about naval communication systems in general and RF sub-systems (HF, V/UHF, Satcom) in particular.
This opportunity requires a person who likes to learn and work with many stakeholders. The candidates we are looking for are team players and people that are serious about their contributions in the team.
We expect you to hold a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, or a related field.
We are in a global environment and therefore look for candidates with various backgrounds and experiences. We interact with each other and therefore need good communicators, who like to interact with stakeholders and who speak/write English.

Candidates must be able to obtain a security clearance by the Danish Defence Intelligence Service. This entails that candidates, as a minimum, have had residency within NATO/EU for the last 7 years.
