Surgical Visualization & Guidance is global organization within Ultrasound and has approximately 1000 employees globally. This role will be responsible for our employees in our Denmark location, where there are approximately 300 employees across R&D, Site Manufacturing, Quality and Supporting Functions.
In this strategic role, the Head of HR will provide strategic and tactical HR support to the Denmark based SVG organization. The Head of HR will drive the HR agenda, aligning it with the businesses’ goals and objectives. Strong attention to detail and a focus on execution will be necessary as SVG continues the integration into GE Healthcare.
In addition to responsibilities in the Denmark site, the Head of HR will also support varied HR projects across the global SVG organization as required.
Key Responsibilities
Support the ongoing payroll and benefit integration work, with a high priority on the Denmark site and support the ROW pay and benefit work as we complete the integration
Partner with Global HR Leader of SVG to develop and implement HR strategies that support the achievement of business objectives and foster a high-performance culture in our Denmark manufacturing site and broadly across SVG
Serve as a trusted advisor to site management on all HR-related issues, providing expert guidance and recommendations.
Drive the full spectrum of HR functions, including talent development & succession planning, organizational design, employee engagement and employee engagement in the Denmark site
Analyze HR metrics and analytics to identify trends, propose improvements, and develop proactive solutions to address HR challenges
Stay current with best practices in HR and recommend innovative approaches to enhance programs and processes
Lead the local HR team
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
8+ years of progressive HR experience as business partner, with a focus on integrations and/or strategic change management
Experience working in a global, matrixed organization with a diverse workforce
Strong knowledge of Danish HR principles, practices, labor law and regulations
Proven track record of successfully partnering with leaders to drive HR initiatives and support business goals.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively influence and negotiate at all levels of the organization
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset.
Fluent in oral and written Danish addition to English
Desired Characteristics

Excellent collaboration, influencing, project management, organizational and change agent skills
Comfortable working through large complex change
Strong track record of driving for business results while at the same time, balancing the needs of an integrating business
