Student Assistant - Compliance and Quality Assurance

As a Student Assistant you will work on IT compliance administration within the Enterprise Integrations Department in the DSV Global IT-organisation

Based in our HQ in Hedehusene, you will be part of a small Compliance Team, based in Denmark and Poland which has the purpose of improving the compliance posture across the Enterprise Integrations Department, with areas ranging from risk management and data privacy through to user access governance.

Overall, the responsibility of the Student Assistant is to perform administration tasks.

We imagine that you will spend your days:

Risk Management:

• Assist in recording risks and actions in our departmental tracking tool.
• Facilitate meetings and take minutes during risk discussions (LRB).
• Track and follow up on actions identified during risk assessments.

Audits & Reviews:

• Record audit and review findings accurately in the department tracking tool.
• Follow up on corrective actions to ensure timely completion.

Compliance Monitoring:

• Monitor the compliance task ID for incoming emails and allocate them accordingly.
• Potentially assist in the preparation of a compliance dashboard in the future.

Administrative Support:

• Assist with documentation filing and archiving, particularly in organizing older files for easier access and identification.

You are organised, good at handling stakeholders and driving a quality mindset.

Ideally, you are a structured person with strong communication and collaboration skills. You enjoy working with IT and are interested in doing things “the right way”. In terms of your experience we imagine that you most likely are/have

• A student within business, computer science or another relevant field.
• A good understanding of IT.
• Experience of using Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint.
• Flair for documentation and communication.
• Interested in working within and international environment where our colleagues are from different countries.
• Fluent in speaking and writing English.
