Assistant for ISO Management System (Maternity leave)

The job

As Assistant for our ISO Management System, you get the opportunity to work with ISO Management in a global company and to touch upon many aspects within the field. In DEIF, we are very dedicated to ensure the right quality in our products, because from idea to implementation, our business partners should expect nothing but the best from us. Therefore, ISO Management is an important task for DEIF and we are currently certified in ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. Furthermore, we are preparing to be certified in ISO 27001, which also means that you will participate in the certification projects.

The working tasks will among others be:

• To maintain ISO Management system that is a basis for work in the DEIF Group.
• To initiate and ensure implementation of ISO management initiatives.
• To participate in certification projects related to ISO 27001 standards.
• To support our auditors, ambassadors, and managers on an on-going basis.
• To inform about initiatives and progress within ISO management across the organisation.

The position is expected to last approximately a year. You will refer to the Vice President, Business Systems & Processes.

The person

You have a relevant background and experience with ISO systems, preferably with ISO 27001, but it is not a prerequisite. You are confident in collaborating across departments and subsidiaries and you have a great understanding of processes and how they work. Furthermore, you work systematically and communicate effectively.

As our corporate language is English, you speak and write English.
