Account receivable specialist for Business Change Management

As Business Change Manager with expertise in the Account Receivable (O2C) area in Group Finance at DSV, you get to further hone your skills, impact our processes and systems, and engage in exciting projects that contribute to the continued success and growth of DSV.

In this position, you'll naturally develop an extensive global network. You’ll be involved in virtually every finance-related change project, allowing you to become acquainted with more or less everyone in our vast organisation.

Join a dedicated team in an international setting

You will be welcomed into our spacious and aesthetic office in Hedehusene, Denmark. Here, you will join the Integration and SAP Implementation team of our Business Change Management organisation in Finance Transformation.

BCM Finance implements global finance processes and tools across our divisions. Most recently, we have played a key role in the integration of Agility GIL and rolling out SAP ERP in Brazil and Argentina. Currently, we are implementing SAP in Israel, Asia Pacific and LATAM countries. Within this team we are specifically in search of a team member with experience in the AR (Account Receivable) area.

Despite working from different locations, it’s a tight-knit team that collaborates closely. Not only with each other but with stakeholders across the board – as well as with their newly established Asian sister team in Manilla, Philippines.

About the role

At DSV, we contribute to the financial successes of the entire DSV Group, with a focus on accounting and controlling. Alongside our team, you take center stage in steering the global implementation of the SAP-program. You step into the inspiring and challenging realm of our Business Change Management team.

What will you do:

  • With enthusiasm, you coordinate the SAP implementation across all our international divisions.
  • Optimize the use of standard processes and systems to promote automation, efficiency, and transparency within the DSV Group.
  • Launch improvements and tackle challenges with determination to ensure full compliance within the DSV Group.
  • Prepare and execute tests, including meticulously documenting findings.
  • Train and educate in-house colleagues to ensure proper utilization of the systems.
  • Continuously monitor post-integration, including troubleshooting and appropriately documenting arising issues.

Are you a match in the role, you can answer YES to the following:

  • You have at least 2 years of experience within an AR Accounting role
  • Strong operational knowledge of SAP
  • Flexibility to travel frequently (25% of the time)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Strong asset if you have already some experiences in project management
