In FOSS, we are looking for a talented SVP HR Business Partner to work closely with R&D and Production & Supply Chain and to be part of a fantastic global HR team.
The job
Our R&D organization is expected to grow annually. Further, innovation and project execution are key priorities and require continuous focus. You will play an important role in making it happen.
In early 2026, we expect to move the production to a state-of-the-art production facility in Vinge, Frederikssund. Hence, the focus is process upgrades, lean, and change management. You will play a crucial role in these changes.
As an HR Business Partner you will be working closely with the business and especially with the SVPs of R&D and P&SC. You will play a pivotal role in driving organizational success by aligning HR initiatives with business objectives. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our company.
We have developed several high-impact leadership and talent development offerings. Hence, you will combine business-driven partnering with delivering and co-developing leadership and talent development in close collaboration with your colleagues.

You play an important role in setting the direction for HR professionals in Hungary and China. You have the opportunity to work globally and should expect 5-10 traveling days per year.
You will report directly to the SVP of HR. The role is based in Hillerød.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the business to understand business goals, challenges, and workforce needs
- Provide guidance and support on talent acquisition, employee matters, and development. You will also actively participate in some recruitment processes
- Identify opportunities to enhance employee engagement and retention
- Facilitate training and development programs to equip employees with the skills and knowledge needed for success in their roles
- Stay current on HR best practices and industry trends
Qualifications
The preferred candidate comes with solid HR partner experience and a relevant master's degree. Full working proficiency in Danish and English is a prerequisite.
You should have a proven track record of offering HR expertise and coaching on people issues. Further, you should have experience in various HR concepts and disciplines, such as:
- Leadership team development
- Employee engagement
- Organizational development and audit
- Change management
- Recruitment and talent acquisition
Personal skills
Since you will work with colleagues across the organization, it is crucial that you build strong relationships and have outstanding collaboration skills.
You should have a strong drive and a self-starter attitude with the ability to seek out the resources and answers needed to keep things moving. Furthermore, you can solve problems and work independently with the appropriate “sense of urgency”.
