You will help setting the direction and be the main driver…

We are looking for an experienced and talented Head of Global processes with a foundation within finance. Your team plays a strategic role in aligning and optimizing business processes to support FOSS’ strategic objectives on a global scale.

You will join a team of data and process professionals working to standardize global processes and ensure trust, transparency, and availability in data. You will in this role work closely together with your team members but also your co-process owners across the FOSS organization.

You will as a start be heading a team of 2 (including your-self), so leadership skills will be relevant. Your team will be the main driver in digitalization within the Finance function via business systems and process transformation.

  • Have solid experience working with process excellence in a global context
  • Have strong project management skills with the ability to implement process improvements across a global organization
  • Have LEAN experience (maybe you have black belt or intent to get it)
  • Have a financial background
  • Have strong business acumen with good general value chain understanding
  • Have excellent communication skills, both as facilitator but also to communicate complex issues
  • Have a passion for developing and inspire your colleagues within process excellence
  • Have great IT skills and understand how technology can assist in optimizing business processes. (experience working with SAP and/or Salesforce considered a benefit)
  • Are data driven and enjoy structuring business decisions based on data
  • Hold a degree within e.g. IT or finance combined with several years of experience within the field of working with business process improvements

Meet Jan – manager of Concept Development in Research & Development

Jan’s daily work as a manager in Concept Development consists of generating new ideas in collaboration with his team and deciding which ideas should be developed. The daily challenge of finding the right solutions to address the needs of our customers is solved by a diverse and competent group of specialists working together.



Meet Mariana – Chemometrician in Research & Development

Mariana is a Spanish Chemometrician specialised in NIR. Coming from a research background her move to FOSS was motivated by a desire to work with real products and real customers. AT FOSS she is involved in the innovation of new products, developing calibrations for the EyeFoss image analysis grain analyser.
