FOSS is looking for a Senior Care Developer to our Care Development team, which is part of the global Sales and Marketing organization. Your key focus in this role will be to identify, develop, implement and maintain Care (aftersales) offerings that are customer centric and with solid business cases. The role has a global reach, as FOSS operates in all parts of the world.

Customer Care (aftersales) is one of the fastest growing business area in FOSS, and we expect this to continue for the foreseeable future - you will be instrumental in ensuring the Customer Care team succeed. You can expect to work in a dynamic environment with stakeholders throughout the organization and around the world. You will be a vital part in strengthening Care Development

As a Senior Care Developer, you will be a vital part in ensuring FOSS has the right portfolio of Care offerings in the market. This includes key tasks such as:

  • Pipeline management of new Care offerings
  • Drive development and implementation of new Care offerings
  • On-going maintenance and adjustment of existing Care offerings to ensure they stay fit-for-market
  • Professionalizing and optimization of Care Development tasks and activities

This is a full-time position that require some traveling, approximately 10-15 days per year. There is flexibility around the planning of business travel. Workplace is Hilleroed, Denmark.

What will make you fit this role well

We imagine you have min. 5 years of experience working in an international environment within development of B2B commercial offerings. Ideally you have experience with aftersales within the food and agri industry.

As a person you have:

  • High energy and are self-driven, with an outgoing, proactive, and supportive attitude as a natural DNA
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Well-developed stakeholder and change management skills
  • Interested in expanding the knowledge and experience into various areas
  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree within Business, IT, Engineering or similar

To be successful in this position, it is natural for you to strive for making tomorrow better than today, have a problem-solving attitude and be a concise communicator. You should truly be an ambitious team player that are able to take responsibility for projects/assignments while meeting deadlines.

Jan’s daily work as a manager in Concept Development consists of generating new ideas in collaboration with his team and deciding which ideas should be developed. The daily challenge of finding the right solutions to address the needs of our customers is solved by a diverse and competent group of specialists working together.



Meet Mariana – Chemometrician in Research & Development

Mariana is a Spanish Chemometrician specialised in NIR. Coming from a research background her move to FOSS was motivated by a desire to work with real products and real customers. AT FOSS she is involved in the innovation of new products, developing calibrations for the EyeFoss image analysis grain analyser.
