Do you thrive in a small company with high ambitions and a dynamic environment? Garia is looking for a new Customer Service Assistant to join our Service Team. The position is full time, and we are looking for a candidate which can start as soon as possible. Location of employment: Viborg, Denmark.

As a Customer Service Assistant, you have a holistic overview and good sense for details. You will be responsible for spare part order as well as the case processing within warranty. In addition to your hands-on daily contact with our end users you will build long-term relationship with our customers, dealers and vendors.

You will be a part of our Service team and positioned at our office in Viborg, Denmark. You will be referring to the Supply Chain Manager.

You have good collaboration skills, and it is natural for you to provide good service. In addition, you will help the team with registration, invoices and shipping.

Your tasks will include:

  • Spare parts order
  • Shipping cars/spare parts
  • Webshop
  • Warranty
  • Ad hoc tasks

Your profile

The successful candidate must have experience in working in different IT systems and thrive on administrative work. You have a good technical insight and can quickly get acquainted with new systems.

In this position the candidate is characterized by a great sense of responsibility, high efficiency and a structured approach to your work tasks. You can work independently and at the same time you are flexible in terms of tasks. Furthermore, you have a strong understanding of the business and people.

We anticipate that you are currently holding or have experience from a similar position, preferably within an e-commerce company. The successful candidate has experience in selling parts, preferably in the car industry. Furthermore, it is an advantage if you have a good technical understanding.

You must be excellent in English and Danish. Both written and oral. Other Languages like German, Spanish or Arabic would be an advantage.

You must hold at least a “B” driver license.
