The IRCT is currently looking for a student assistant to support our Fundraising and our Operations team. Working at the IRCT will provide you with a good understanding of the functioning of an international organisation, the human rights sector and global anti-torture initiatives. As a student assistant, you will have a number of varied tasks. You will refer to the Director of Operations, but work with colleagues across the office in supporting a broad portfolio of fundraising, financial management, IT and administration aspects.
The position will be 15 hours per week. The work schedule is flexible, but it will need to be closely coordinated with the needs of the organisation and you are expected to attend relevant meetings and events. There will also be flexibility according to the student’s academic calendar, for example during exam periods, etc. It is desired that you can start working as soon as possible.
