We are seeking a talented individual for a Business Process improvement manager in Engineering and R&D who is responsible for improving organizational capabilities including facilitating company growth, cost reduction, improved efficiency, employee engagement and culture change through the application of high-impact business process improvement initiatives.

Your primary tasks and responsibilities will include:

Analyzing and improving business processes to improve overall workflow efficiencies and effectiveness.
Documenting processes, design methods and procedures using standard methodologies and tools.
Leading non-conformance investigation, root cause analysis, corrective, and preventive actions.
