Documentation and Safety in Design is a team of 15 people - consisting of process and safety engineers. The team is responsible for creating and maintaining work instructions that describe assembly, installation, and commissioning procedures in line with design and specific on-site practice. The team is also responsible for creating risk assessment on work instructions to ensure that all risks are incorporated and appropriately reflected in work instructions.

As the team lead you are responsible for allocating resources to the various execution projects. You are also responsible for enabling and empowering the team members to be successful ensuring timely delivery and excellent quality and consistent adherence to formal processes and procedures. Setting clear goals and monitoring team performance and reporting on metrics are also important tasks.
