Project and Incident Manager Terma Support & Services

Would you like to work with project management and service for mission-critical products and high tech solutions? Join us and collaborate with dedicated and experienced colleagues across the organization to provide the best support to our global customers.

Focusing primarily on Security projects (e.g. radar and communication systems), you will manage projects where the complexity on customer incidents requires further support. In your work, you will have a coordinating role where you understand customer needs, apply structure to complexity and depend on colleagues and stakeholders to solve an incident and complete each project. Your tasks will entail:

  • planning, execution and follow-up on project activities and budget
  • coordination of level 2 and 3 support cases
  • maintaining long term contracts with key customers globally
