Do you have flair for structures, details and are able to think creatively around data and innovation to find new insights? And are you interested in working closely with Field Operations team to ensure consistent workflow and finance reporting? If yes, then this position at Total in Esbjerg office might be your match!

Overall, you have the responsibility of managing the department’s technical and administrative tasks. Furthermore, you will ensure maintenance of the systems to retain data in the function, distribution of reports and management of procedure/operations manual updates. Finally, you are responsible for the correct application of SAP processes, e.g. use of WBS structure in SAP as well as being the super user and support others.
