As a Client Service Assistant at European Sperm Bank, you will work for an organisation striving to help people all over the world fulfil their dream of becoming parents.
Germany and The Netherlands are two of our key markets, and they are growing quickly and that’s why we’re looking for an additional Client Service Assistant for the regional sales team covering Central Europe.
Your primary tasks are assisting the Client Service Manager and Regional Sales Manager with:
- Handling and execution of orders from Clients
- Assisting per email, chat, phone and system orders
- Handling storages
- Management of online payments
