As our new Strategic Planning Manager, you will be responsible for our overall Strategic Planning and will support the CEO, CFO and CTO on supporting strategic business decisions with financial numbers and solid business logic. You will establish and own the strategic planning management report and drive financial input for strategy refresh processes. In addition, you will define and own the long-term planning process and model used across Pandora.

Your daily tasks will include:

Incorporating any strategic initiatives across Pandora into our strategic financial plans
Maintaining and developing strategic planning tool
Driving target setting
