As our new HR business partner for the commercial area, you will support our overall business agenda through ensuring efficient handling of HR processes, including advising and coaching leaders. Moreover, you will support and coordinate yearly HR cycle activities as well as implement development projects and other HR initiatives.

Your tasks will be to:

Guide and support first-line leaders in yearly HR cycle processes, e.g. people reviews, engagement surveys and salary regulations
Provide daily support in onboarding and employee relations tasks, including recruitment activities (support creation of job profiles, do interviews and give feedback on tests), team activities (e.g. facilitate a team session), ad hoc processes, problem-solving, coaching and advising
Support the People Plan in the commercial area by participating in projects about organisational development and capability building
