You have top management skills and a commercial long-term mindset in everything you do. You are ahead of your game and your energy rubs of when you drive strategies.
Our business is production and service of first-class vegetable harvesters and you will join our leadership group and be the close sparring partner to our CEO in lifting ASA-LIFT to the next level.
As our Sales Director you will work both on a strategic level and have hands-on operationally. You will:
- Structure and further develop the commercial area through a strong organizational process design.
- Drive cross functional alignment between departments with mutual sparring in the entire value chain.
- Lead firmly through a transition towards increased strategic collaboration with a newly established business unit in Grimme.
