We are searching for a trainee who can support our Lean and digitalization journey.

We are building the foundation for our Digital transformation. We are going to optimize processes in advanced machinery. We work through systematic process mapping and follow support for improvements. We are going to implement systems to collect measurement data from our machines and our operators. All data shall be captured and stored as a foundation for enabling Root Cause Analysis, predictive maintenance and predictive manufacturing.

We are increasing our Lean effort - especially 5S and Kaizen events which require analysis, preparation, execution and follow up in order to capture process improvements. You will be able to develop your Lean toolbox together with highly skilled colleagues.
