As a student in HR, you will be a part of our HR team, locally based in Kolding, and at the same time, you will be a part of the larger european HR team.

HR’s most important task is to support the realization of the business goals – in close cooperation with the leaders in the Business Unit. At the same time, we are responsible for ensuring that the annual HR processes are carried out professionally and efficiently.

Your main tasks will include

  • Support to local HR Business Partner
  • Coordinator for administrative processes in relation to organizational changes
  • Suuport in the yearly HR-processes
