Are you a passionate, experienced and gifted HR Business Partner?

Your job will consist of HR Partnering related tasks, and you will be responsible for executing the global HR processes and activities within your area of responsibility.

Your primary areas of responsibility are:

HR Business Partnering primarily for Leaders and departments in Terma Operations covering all HR people pipeline activities
Active Member of concrete leadership teams and facilitating leadership sparring and leadership team development
Drive different HR yearly circle activities in your area of responsibility – e.g. the Workforce Planning process, the People Review process, the Salary Review, etc.
