Email Marketing Manager

Becoming part of our Digital department in Lyngby, you will bring in your experiences from previous roles and implement basic CRM principles, structures and processes to sophisticate our efforts, increase efficiency and automation, and drive commercial success. Our email marketing includes product launches, brand-level campaigns and much more – and covers our global, local and retail activities.

Working on both an operational, tactical and strategic level, you will:

• Define processes and engagement models in collaboration with stakeholders
• Identify and carry out projects to improve performance, e.g. in relation to customer journeys and shopper behaviour as well as content strategies for various product lifecycles
• Support our CRM coordinator on email content creation, from brief to publishing, and guide Copy and Brand Marketing teams in content creation
