DS Smith is a leading supplier of corrugated packaging and is present in 37 countries, employing around 27.000 people. We are looking for a Team Leader for our IT Department, reporting directly to the Regional Application Manager. The position is based at DS Smith’s Danish head office in Grenaa.
As Team Leader you will lead a team of four Business Analysts, responsible for support and continuous improvements of local and common DS Smith applications. In this role, you should ensure that your team is clear on their responsibilities, receives regular feedback on performance and utilizes the range of career development options available. You will also take part in projects, act as a technical expert and work closely together with the business to help realise the business potential of current applications to improve business performance.
