Student Assistant – Product Management, Gaming

This job is made for you if you are into gaming with a good understanding of gaming platforms like PC (Windows 10), PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, Mac OSX. Ideally, you are familiar with some of the more popular games e.g. CSGO, PUBG, Fortnite, Call of Duty, GTA etc. You will use this knowledge and expand it on the go as you are trouble shooting and finding solutions for product related customer queries through in-house testing or internet-based research.

For us it is not important, which study program you are enrolled in, as long as you got the spirit and skills for writing on social media, helping customers with patience and technical competence, and with excellent English skills (additional language skills are welcome). You can commit to a work time of 15 hours per week and should have at least two years of your study time left.
