Sous Chef - Menu Developer
Kastrup
We are looking for a new Sous Chef for our Menu Development team. Gate Gourmet are located in Kastrup, not far from the Airport.
Job Summary:
- Building up and maintain culinary expertise at Gate Gourmet Scandinavia in close cooperation with the Menu Development team, reporting to Executive Chef Scandinavia
- Menu presentations for key customers: Customer expectations are met according to SLA in terms of presentation set-up, product innovation, product range, correctness of menu specifications and culinary expertise
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Buildup and change recipes for current and upcoming rotations (menu cycles) in cooperation with the team.
- Support and be available for the production team whenever there’s a new rotation coming up
