International Business Trainee 2019 - Design

Are you an innovative and creative designer who is passionate about leaving your mark on BESTSELLER’s future collections? And would you like to get best-practice experience on how to combine creativity with business sense?

During the two years as an IBT, you will experience all aspects of the design process - from brainstorming to final product. Your daily tasks will include drawing styles and commenting on shape and fitting together with our pattern designers. You will quickly build a broad network as you communicate with our international suppliers, collaborate with buyers, and receive feedback and comments from our sales team in order to learn about our market needs and demands.

As a future IBT, you will be given responsibility from day one and the opportunity to influence people and projects and to create results.
