You will be working closely together with hiring managers and you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process within all departments and at all levels at our Head Office.

JYSK Nordic is a complex organisation with a high growth rate and your task is to bring value into the recruitment process and thereby influence the continuous growth and success of the company.

Will get an independent job with a high level of responsibility. Your daily work will be a mix of much contact to managers across the head office, candidates and work “behind the screen”. You will be the one to advise the managers of the best fit to the role.

You are the one to secure:

A clear understanding of the job requirements
The best recruitment strategy for each vacancy and create job adverts
A proactively search of candidates using a variety of channels to establish a qualified field of candidates
