Great with customers and interested in the world of vitamins?

We are looking for an English speaking Agent to join our Customer Care team at the Danish office, located in Hillerød. You are preferably a fluent English-speaker, with excellent German skills. Mastering any other European language in addition to Danish will be an asset.

LifeCare Europe empowers our customers to make healthier choices in life. We deliver professional advice, support and recommendations on our products. You will have an essential role in guiding the customer, ensuring an excellent collaboration between our customers and the company, both in English speaking European Countries and in Germany.

Your primary tasks will be to:

• help & guide our customers with excellent service
• be an active part of the Customer Care team, both nationally and internationally
• support our mission of providing the best solution for a healthier lifestyle for consumers & partners
