Would you like to lead a highly skilled team of global programme managers while managing your own key global accounts?

As head of the team, you will lead 4 highly skilled global Global Account Services Programme Managers, 2 located at our HQ in Ballerup, Denmark, and 2 in the US. Furthermore, you will have the global responsibility for approx. 15 key accounts.

You will:

Be responsible for annual objective setting and performance review, including completing pipeline reviews and tracking account plan statuses and KPIs
Coach, support and advise the programme managers on a day-to-day basis to support their individual development and performance
