For our team located in Copenhagen, we have an open position as service desk agent.

You will be part of an international team of highly skilled and knowledge sharing colleagues solving many different assignments with others and on your own, but always with a helping hand if needed.

The tasks within your new job is:

Provide 1st and 2nd level support to MAN’s users globally
Actively contribute to the maintenance of the knowledge base in our ITSM tool
Participate in the round robin work schedule aiming at providing IT SPOC during CET workhours
Maintain the round robin schedule for the Copenhagen based team
Act as a focal point for the Danish IT Service Desk Team
