If you deliver high legal quality and have experience within the financial markets, you might be our new colleague. The position will be based in Copenhagen.
SEB Kort Bank AB (SEB Kort) is a wholly owned subsidiary of SEB. SEB Kort has two subsidiaries; Eurocard AB and Diners Club Nordic AB. All three companies have branches in Denmark, Norway and Finland.
The legal team consists of 7 lawyers. We work in close collaboration and cover all business areas within SEB Kort in the Nordic countries. You will be working with drafting and negotiation of agreements and implementation of new regulations such as GDPR, PSD2 and IDD, as well as supporting the business with legal advice in the daily business and in connection with new product development. In addition to card related payment services and credits, we work with outsourcing agreements, corporate governance and network related issues.
