We are looking for a commercially-driven and customer-focused e-commerce and CRM manager to become a core part of our growing e-commerce and digital marketing team.

For the E-commerce and CRM manager role, we’re looking for someone to take responsibility for Royal Copenhagen e-commerce performance, focusing on traffic acquisition through paid and organic digital channels, website merchandising and promotions, and conversion rate optimisation.

You will be working with a supporting brand marketing team, a digital agency and with various supporting teams throughout the wider business, reporting to the Global Marketing Director of Royal Copenhagen but with a dotted line to the Director of E-commerce, Living Business Unit.
