Senior Project Manager – lead your own product concepting team

As our senior project manager, you will be the project lead of one of the 2 new multidisciplinary concepting teams of 5-10 engineers, each with a unique specialization within audio, UX, electronic and mechanical engineering. This entails challenging your team to reach new heights in product development and providing technical advice and knowledge when needed.

Furthermore, you will function as the communicative link between your team and other functions. Whilst delivering insight and information to your team, you will be responsible for reporting project statuses and delivering presentations to the senior management.

Concretely, you will:

Plan and lead prototyping and concept development projects
Drive concepting sprints of approx. 4-6 weeks duration, ensuring that they comply with timing and scope
Deliver strong product concepts that are efficiently transferred to product development teams
