You will be joining a Global Intellectual Property department that in-house handles patents, trademarks, trade secrets and designs. We operate directly with most PTOs through our outstanding administration, and handle all from filing to Oral Proceedings at Board of Appeal.

The job:

Drafting and prosecuting patent applications within the field of analytics, electronics, measurement equipment
Clearance analysis for third party rights
Drafting oppositions and written submissions
