Would you like to take on the challenge of leading a highly specialised team that secures grid connection and electrical system design of offshore windfarms in new markets?

Join us and become Team Lead in Electrical System Analysis where you’ll be responsible for electrical system design and management of the grid connection processes of our offshore wind farms.

Your key tasks will be to

assist the head of department in providing skilled and competent resources with the right mind-set to projects and programmes internationally
assure quality and standardisation of work performed by own resources
motivate and drive your team’s performances towards the overall department and company goals by fully utilising the cultural and geographic diversity of the team
