Section Manager for Automation and Electrical Standards

Do you want to lead a team of specialists involved in a broad range of engineering projects – from small optimisations to complex green field projects?

Following a division of GT into smaller units, you will head the section responsible for automation and electrical design and lead a global team of 10-12 highly-skilled specialists and external consultants. With immense technical scope, they deliver resources and technical solutions to customers across the ROCKWOOL Group. Likewise, you will have a broad interface with ties to development, IT and within Group Technology. Preserving a general overview of your teams’ efforts and understanding the needs of the business, you will:

• Lead your team in their daily operations according to our project models
• Optimise the setup to improve individual and team performance
• Coach team members and act as a sounding board on technical issues
