In your new role, you will have a strong influence on your projects. Your fingerprint will be clearly visible on the final hearing solution. More than that, the job offers a variety of tasks that will provide you with the possibility to highly develop your skills within project leadership even further. You can strongly impact the offering of products and features helping hearing impaired people globally and how we develop and produce our products. You will be working closely with the Program Management Team and thereby get the experience of the whole product lifecycle.

In your new position, you will be a part of the Hardware Delivery group, which is responsible for delivering the hardware parts (mechanics, electro-acoustics and electronics) of our verified hearing aid solutions. You will play an important role in our exiting journey towards next generation of rechargeable hearing aids.
