The Director for External Product Development & Manufacturing is responsible for the development and execution of the short- and long-term global outsourcing strategy, the selection of CDMOs, and the establishment of strong scientific partnerships with preferred CDMOs. A key responsibility is to build up and operate a new in-house R&D pilot plant for aseptic Fill&Finish of clinical bulk material in close collaboration with commercial manufacturing.
